We developed a corporate website for the club, backed by custom management software that brings dues tracking, scheduling and attendance, accounting, CRM and reporting together in a single panel. Dues tracking: Members’ payments and outstanding balances are monitored from one place. Schedule and attendance: Daily training programs are planned, and attendance is recorded through the panel. CRM and campaigns: Member relationships and campaigns are managed in one system. Reporting: Reports give a clear view of the club’s financial and operational status.

About the project
Website and Club Management Software Running Behind It
For Antalya Basketbol Kulübü, we built more than a promotional website: a custom software system that runs the club’s day-to-day operations. The website visitors see and the panel the club’s management uses are connected, so any action taken in one is instantly reflected in the other.
The Public Website
The club’s introduction, coaching staff, sponsors, FAQ and contact page are all brought together on a single site. Parents and prospective athletes can fill out the online registration form directly on the website, and every application lands in the management panel without any manual transfer. The site is mobile-friendly, fast and built with SEO in mind.
The Management Panel
Member management: All athletes’ records, groups and details are kept in one place. New applications are approved through the panel.
Dues tracking: Who has paid how much, who has an outstanding balance and which payments are overdue can be seen at a glance. There’s no need to keep a separate list for dues reminders.
Daily training schedule: Weekly and daily schedules are planned in the panel by venue, group and coach.
Attendance: Coaches record attendance for every session in the system, and absences build up in each member’s profile.
Coach management: Coach profiles are managed from the panel and published on the website automatically.
Campaigns: Seasonal offers and other promotions are sent as messages to members and their parents.
Accounts and financial reporting: Payments, receivables and member activity are turned into reports, giving management a clear view of the club’s status at a glance.
Website management: Text and content on the site can be updated from the panel without any coding knowledge.
What It Delivered
The club now manages dues, attendance and scheduling in a single system rather than in separate notebooks and files. With records that used to be kept on paper now unified in one panel, the workload for both management and coaches is lighter, and communication with parents has become more organized.
